The Sports Gossip Show is back with another very special guest for the second week in a row (not to brag). We’re thrilled to be talking to Beau Allen, who won a Super Bowl with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2018 and is rooting for them as they head to their second Super Bowl in three years!
Beau had an illustrious NFL career with the Eagles, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and New England Patriots. Since retiring, he’s appeared regularly on Green Light with Chris Long, and, more recently, has shared the stage with Kylie Kelce on Jason Kelce’s ESPN show They Call It Late Night. He’s also devoted himself to his pickleball team, the Space Weasels.
Beau was kind enough to hop on the show with us to discuss what it’s like to win a Super Bowl, the power of a good tunnel fit, what he didn’t understand about the movie Wicked, how he ended up playing Kylie on Jason’s show, Eagles-Chiefs storylines, his worst athletic defeat of all time, and much more.
As always, our shameless plug to subscribe on Apple, Spotify, and YouTube. We are — don’t know if you’ve heard — doing this ourselves, so please consider becoming a paid subscriber for $8/month or $80/year.
Huge thanks to Beau and everyone who listens!
XOXO,
Sports Gossip Girls
